In ever town there is a small mechanic shop that is a hidden treasure. In Dallas, TX, this shop is owned by Roderica and Marin Tomulet. Though the sign on the door bills them as a general automotive repair, paint, and body, they have a hidden secret–Tomulet Automotive is really good at full auto restorations. Whether it be full restorations of a 1940’s classic (including 6v to 9v conversion) or giving life to a classic VW camper, Tomulete and their employees really have no fear when it comes to automotive mechanical or body challenges.
In approximately 7 months, Marin and Jesus turned a 1993 E34 M5 from “destined for the junk yard” to German classic worthy of an auto show.
